MCI Developments submits Planning and Exchanged contacts in Oldham

The scheme will make use of previously developed brownfield land in a highly sustainable location

MCI are pleased to announce that they have exchanged on a conditional contract and submitted a planning application for 53 new homes at Holt Street in Oldham.

The scheme, located just 1 mile east of Oldham Town Centre, will make use of previously developed brownfield land in a highly sustainable location. The scheme will deliver a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom homes as well as 1 and 2 bedroom apartments all to be made available for affordable rent.
