Celebration of completion in Shavington, Cheshire

MCI in partnership with Magenta Living officially celebrated the completion of their newest development in Shavington, Cheshire after starting work on site in December 2021.

Woodnoth Grange is fantastic development in a rural location, bringing 45 much needed affordable new homes to the local area. With 22 affordable rent homes and 23 shared ownership homes available in a mix of property types, the development aims to add more than just additional affordable housing, it aspires to create a sustainable community, connecting the boundaries between the new homes and existing community.

All of the homes have been constructed with energy efficiency in mind, with each home receiving an electronic vehicle charging point. The feedback from the residents that have already moved in has been positive, with residents commenting on the great location and thought-out design of the homes.
